For a long time, a project had been simmering in their minds: to open and manage a Hotel-Restaurant.
Having worked for more than 20 years in a business environment, they at last decided to throw themselves into the great undertaking. Having graduated from a catering course, they start searching for an adequate place. They were rather quick to choose the Beaujolais region. After some months, they fell in love with this delightful address in Saint Verand.
In a setting that is chic and classic at the same time, Natalie in the dining room and Christophe in the kitchen will spare no effort to allow you a most pleasant moment in their warmhearted premises.
